We make sure that our onions match the highest quality standards, following rigorous processes which start at field level where we harvest and dry. Afterwards, they are transported to the packing shed, where we sort and bag using an automated process. We only pack mature, fairly firm and well-shaped onions, free from decay, wet sunscald, doubles, and bottlenecks.
